MKN UP, Jakarta – The Master of Notary Study Program, Faculty of Law, Pancasila University held a Public Lecture with the theme “Anticipation of Land Deed Making Officials (PPAT) in the Land Mafia Vortex”. The Public Lecture presented a resource person, Chairman of the Central Management of the Association of Land Deed Officials (PP IPPAT) Dr. Hapendi Harahap, S.H., Sp.N., M.H and Coordinator of the Notary Masters Study Program, Faculty of Law, Sriwijaya University, Prof. Dr. Joni Emirzon, S.H., M.Hum and acting as moderator, Lecturer at the Master of Notary Study Program at Pancasila University, Dr. Ali Abdullah, S.H., M.H., M.M., M.Kn.
After the Public Lecture was held, a Memorandum of Understanding (Mou) was also signed between Pancasila University and IPPAT. The signing of this collaboration is in the context of strengthening various academic fields in the UP MKN Study Program. Chair of the UP MKN Study Program, Yoyo Arifardhani, signed on behalf of the Chancellor of Pancasila University, while the IPPAT by the General Chair of PP IPPAT Hapendi Harahap was witnessed by the IPPAT Board of Management, the UP Law Faculty Board, the UP MKN Study Program Executive Board and of course the students who were present in the Nusantara Hall, University Faculty of Law.
